In 2020 John & Jodi Calkins wanted to help fight hunger in our community during Covid, Smoked BBQ was Born & we have gone strong since!

Growing up in WV on a farm, John has experience cooking most of his life, & takes great pride in every bite of smoked meat he serves. His passion & experience are the heart of Smoked BBQ, where every bite is crafted with care & flavor.
Jodi Calkins, The Boss behind the BBQ
Jodi grew up in North East Texas where she grew a love for true Texas BBQ she keeps Smoked BBQ in Elkins WV running strong. From managing all the marketing, books, & managing the operations of Smoked BBQ. Jodi also puts in a lot of passion with her homemade sides, desserts, & love for serving others.
